As of June, 2021, MSHA is now using Login.gov to authenticate EGov accounts for Forms & Online filing. This will eliminate the requirement to change your password every 90 days.
If you already have a current EGov account, you will need to create a Login.gov account using the same email address as your MSHA EGov account. If you are new to using MSHA Forms & Online filing, you will need to complete a one-time MSHA EGov registration first, and then Login.gov registration.
